It is our pleasure to announce a new update of the MotionCue3D desk software as well as an update for the firmware for Motioncontroller integrated in all of the types of Actuators:

We’ve spent a substantial amount of time and energy to improve the stability and functionalities of the software. You will find an overview of all improvements, new features, bug fixes and additional information in the release notes:

Due to the complexity of this update process we would like to offer you as part of our service, an update assistance to guide you during the update installation process. This support could be either online or on-site.
Online support
Online support will be executed via TeamViewer and will be free of charge (during business hours CET).
On-site support
On-site support will be charged for a reduced fee of €495,00 per day. Cost of travel, hotel expenses and additional spending are not included.
